Trout stocking continues across Northeast Oregon

PENDLETON — The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife continues to stock both legal-size and trophy rainbow trout in lakes and ponds across Northeast Oregon.
With warmer temperatures and snow receding, high-elevation lakes, including Anthony Lake and Grande Ronde, are slated to get their first allotment of trout.
Trout stocking schedule (subject to change, based on weather and other factors) June 3-7
Marr Pond: 1,000 legals, 250 trophy
Olive Lake: 3,050 legals
Fish Lake: 2,250 legals
Walla Walla Forest Ponds: 750 legals
Twin Lakes: 200 legals
Anthony Lake: 1,725 legals
Taylor Green Pond: 200 legals, 100 trophy
North Powder Pond No. 2: 2,000 legals
June 10-14
Honeymoon Pond: 500 legals, 50 trophy
Weavers Pond: 1,000 legals, 50 trophy
Teepee Pond: 500 legals, 50 trophy
Morgan Lake: 1,250 legals
Victor Pond: 500 legals, 50 trophy
June 17-21
Wallowa Lake: 6,000 legals, 300 trophy
McGraw Pond: 500 legals, 50 trophy
Salt Creek Summit Pond: 500 legals, 50 trophy
July 1-5
Grande Ronde Lake: 3,000 legals
Anthony Lake: 1,725 legals
Kinney Lake: 2,500 legals, 200 trophy
