Circuit Court

The Grant County Circuit Court reported the following activity for the week ending May 23:

Casey James Wood, 39, Canyon City, was convicted of a misdemeanor count of menacing, given a suspended sentence and placed on bench probation for one year. He was also ordered to serve two days in jail, perform 30 hours of community service or work crew time, have no contact with the victim, obtain an anger management assessment and complete any recommended treatment.
