To the Editor:

I am supporting Mark Webb for Grant County judge. Here’s why:

He does not let conservative or liberal political ideology and non-local issues get in the way of common-sense governing. He will work with anyone to get results. In my volunteer work in the forestry sector, I invariably hear that the work of the Blue Mountains Forest Partners is “the” successful model of what needs to happen to keep rural timber-dependent communities healthy, forests thriving, and mills open. It is lovely to hear Grant County praised statewide!

Without Mark’s and the other partners’ tireless work, I have little doubt that we would not have a single operating mill here in Grant County. Let’s elect a proven and pragmatic leader. Let’s vote for Mark Webb.
