Simpson - Russell

William Edward Simpson III, son of William Edward Simpson II and Laura Jean Simpson of West Linn, and Mequasah Kloske Russell, daughter of Gerald Lee Russell and Katheryn Lee Kloske of Kimberly, are engaged to be married.

The wedding will be May, 24 at Kukuiolono Park, Kauai, Hawaii. The maid of honor will be Arika Miller of Seattle, Wash., and Matt Hall of Oahu, Hawaii, will serve as best man.

Mequasah is a 1997 graduate of Monument High School and currently is a homemaker and student.

William is a 1997 graduate of West Linn High School. He is employed as a communications specialist.

The couple will reside in Portland.
