Lynn Tussing opens First Mortgage Corporation

Loan representative Lynn Tussing will assist customers with financing needs, including conventional, VA or FHA mortgages. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday. Evening and weekend appointments can be arranged.
Tussing is no stranger to Grant County, he was born and raised here and graduated from Burns High School. His grandfather, Ed Tussing, was the original owner of Len’s Drug and grandmother, Vivian Burril, worked at Chester’s for 30 years. After serving in the United States Army he worked in the cable TV industry. He’s been providing mortgage loans for 11 years as a side business and became a representative of First Mortgage Corporation because of its stable reputation for the past 28 years.
“Good loans through good customer service” is how Tussing describes his business and said that First Mortgage Corporation fit the bill of how he wanted to be represented as a mortgage broker. He added as a direct lender they can make allowances or exceptions that some other brokerages aren’t able to make. First Mortgage’s corporate office is in Diamond Bar, Calif., and has branches nationwide.
