Summary of Complaint: Plaintiff seeks quiet title of property purchased from Defendants pursuant to a Land Sale Contract in which Plaintiff has performed according to the terms of the contract and has possessed the land under color of title for a period of longer than 10 years. Defendant has failed to tender a deed to Plaintiff.
Demand for Relief: Plaintiff prays for judgment against defendants and award Plaintiff quiet title to the property described in the complaint.
