Today’s as good a day as any!

- My daughter and I on our cruise to the Bahamas. (I didn't wear my two piece- but next time I will!!)
#1 Goal
To weigh 135 pounds again!!
Biggest obstacle:
Chocolate, food, lack of will power.
Who is my biggest motivator?
My sweet little 5 year old daughter, Taylor.
#1 strategy:
Set realistic goals, start slow, be consistent.
What will keep me focused?
Taping a picture of my skinny sister to the fridge. And maybe hooking my eliptical up to the tv. If I want to watch I should be walking!!
Secret food craving:
I’m a sucker for birthday cake!!
Exercise I hate:
Running!!…and dishes (does that count?)
