What is your # 1 goal for the next six months? My goal is to lose weight and inches and to be at a healthier weight and size for my age.

What is going to be your biggest motivator? My biggest motivator is the people who help me along and my friends that exercise with me.
What is your strategy to staying the course? My strategy is to set a routine and follow it until the end. I will exercise on a regular basis and follow a healthy eating plan.
What is your secret food craving? I like soda pop and candy
